Refund and Returns Policy.

At Living simply lavender we sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchases from us. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/s.

Changing your mind.

We will issue a refund on the item(s) value and ask for the item(s) be returned within 28 days of the item(s) delivery, provided they are unopened with the security seals intact, stored in a cool dark place prior to dispatched to us in a re-saleable condition within the original packaging. 

We will refund the money paid for the item(s) by your original payment method (excluding postage), please note we do not refund the cost incurred in returning any goods.


Return postage costs are payable by the customer – Please use a reliable courier or postal service with tracked delivery that can provide you with an insurance receipt for the full value of the parcel. You may also wish to take a photograph(s) – this is something we do as a matter of course with all orders leaving us.
To start a return, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving you order at post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk. please provide us with your order number, the reason for the return and item(s) information including the batch number on hydrosols.

Please retain your proof of postage. All items are the responsibility of customers until they are received by Living simply Lavender.

Once your return is accepted, and processed (which can take up to 3 days) we will process your refund (excluding postage at point of sale) to the original method of payment. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take 2-5 working days for funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

All items must be returned in a sound state within 28 days from the day your parcel was delivered.

www.livingsimplylavender.co.uk reserves the right to withhold a refund. An example of this is when returning hydrosol products, which must be safe for human use, should the item(s) arrive back to us within the time frame but the security labels and seals are found to be damaged, broken or removed rendering the item(s) in a non re saleable condition. (This includes damage that may have been caused or occurred in transit as you send it back to us).

Exchanging an item.

We are unable to exchange an item(s) unless they are shown to be faulty.

Returning Faulty Items.

We pride ourselves on our beautiful high-quality products, which are safe for human health. Our products must by law undergo strict Cosmetic Microbial and European Pharmacopoeia testing, and require a Cosmetics Product Safety Assessment ensuring that they can be lawfully sold on the marketplace, that said we recognise that accidents can happen.

If you product is delivered in a condition where the closures or containers do not meet your expectations, please take a picture of the item(s) upon receipt of your package showing the faulty item(s), email our team at post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk  within 5 days of delivery and include your order number for us to investigate and resolve the matter for you as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Should you experience an issue with the product outside this time frame then do please get in touch, we will always take each situation case by case and work to find a suitable resolution.

Damaged parcels.

Please accept our apologies if you received a damaged parcel. We pack our products as safely as possible but sometimes damage still occurs during delivery. In this instance contact post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk within 5 working days with a picture of the damaged packaging and item/s concerned, we will offer you a full refund or provide you with a replacement. 

Wrong Item(s)

This would a very rare occurrence however should this happen, please contact us via email post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk include your order number and the batch numbers on each product. We will happily replace or refund your item(s)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (fresh cut lavender), personal care goods such as Hydrosols that have been opened and used.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
