Delivery Policy

 

We aim to despatch you items as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-3 working days.


Orders under 15kg in weight are usually sent via Royal Mail 24 and 48hr service, whilst heavier items will be sent via one of our couriers – Parcel Force, DPD, UPS,or APC overnight UK. 

 

If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please email post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk with your order number and we will follow this up for you.

 

Delivery Outside the UK - We do not currently dispatch goods to areas outside the UK.

 

Items Not Received

 

Please contact our team via email at post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk if you have not received your order or you have experienced any issues with the delivery. We will investigate all issues as quickly as possible with the the designated carriers.

 

Please note :  Unfortunately we will be unable to re-send or refund on an order that may be lost in transit until the investigation has been resolved with the carrier company, as once the package has left us it is no longer under our control. These investigations can take up to 10 working days, although we will do everything practicably possible on your behalf.

 

Should the investigation raised with the carrier company conclude that their evidence points to the delivery of the parcel, then unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. You must contact us within 7 days of the date you were expecting delivery if it has not arrived, otherwise we will most likely be outside of the timeframe that the courier company is able to hold additional evidence and as such we will be unable to investigate fully. 

 

Items Damaged in Transit

 

Although every effort is taken to ensure that items leaving us are well packaged and photographed, accidents can happen. If in the event an item you have received arrives damaged or broken within the packaging, please ensure you contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Please contact us at post@livingsimplylavender.co.uk including clear pictures of the damage to packaging and the item(s) and we will investigate the matter fully in order to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
