Mineral Clay Paste - Ever So Simple
This new addition to our Ever So Simple range is a formulation of dried Montmorillonite (Bentonite) clay which is hydrated in one of our carefully selected therapeutic Lavender (Lavandin) Hydrosols, with the addition of Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Thyme essential oils.
Benefits of the Lavender hydrosol and essential oils.
Lavender (hydrosol) known for its relaxing, cooling, cleansing, soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. Aides in strengthening the hair in coats, fibres and fleece. While also working as a repellent for flies.
Atlas Cedarwood essential oil helps fight infections, improve circulation, reduce stress, relieve pain.
Thyme oil to help reduce inflammation and soothe skin irritations.
Peppermint is cooling and can help with muscular aches and pains.
Eucalyptus oil has anti bacterial properties, while also working with peppermint oil aids with recovery fro sprains and strains.
The mineral clay paste can be used to sooth and help with skin and hoof issues, e.g. skin irritation from insect bites. Aid in the healing of minor scrapes and cuts. Hoof issues such as impact damage and cracks. Can also sooth bruising to the frog and sole of hooves. It can be applied to most areas of the skin, except for around the eyes, mouth, nose and private areas.
How to use: Always ensure application areas are washed, clean and dry. Apply the clay paste using a flat brush or massage on by hand. Apply a dressing of the clay paste no more than 4mm in thickness to problematic cracks and crevices, or areas of the body effected. Allow your friend to stand on a dry area for 10-15 minutes, while the clay begins to dry if turning out to a field. The clay should be reapplied every 12-24 hrs. This because even though the clay paste will naturally shed from the skin. The essential oils will remain on the skin.
Do not use on the most sensitive ares of the face and private areas.
Ingredients: Aqua and Lavandin Lavender (Hydrosol), Atalas Cedarwood (Cedrus Atlantica), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus).
