Bergamot, Lavender and Frankincense Pillow Spray

Lavender – Angustifolia Hydrosol with therapeutic properties - which include calming, cooling, healing, relaxing, soothing.

Bergamot - provides a subtle citrus oil the fruitiness is uplifting and has a delicate spiciness. Most often used to aid relaxation if your anxious, a boost to balancing body and mind.

Frankincense (Boswellia Sacra) - this sweet resinous, woody essential oil is used in aromatherapy applications. Often used during meditation to enhance relaxation and wellbeing.

Directions: Just before bed, shake the bottle, spray a fine mist above or on your pillow and bedding.
